No, there are NO words in which "kr" is immediately followed by another consonant.

To check this out, go to
http://www.morewords.com

In the search box, type the following (and press enter):
*kr*

That will show you ANY word in which the combination "kr" appears. You will see a list of 160 words --all of which have a,e,i,o,u or y after the "kr".
____________

Actually, though there are many words with three consonants in a row, I do not believe there are any in which R is the middle consonant, though I have not checked them all. Here's why:

In English

1) There are only a handful of three-letter consonant clusters, that it, combinations of three consonants that go together, and are part of the same syllable. I think this is all of them:

chr
thr
sch, scl, scr, shr, spl, spr, str

Clearly "r" is not in the middle of any of these (though it is common at the END).

2) All other combinations of three consonants are split between adjacent syllables

Thus, for R to be in the middle you'd need one of the following (|| is for a syllable division)

a) CONSONANT || R + CONSONANT
This would involve a two-letter cluster BEGINNING with R -- there aren't any (though again, many END with R).

b) CONSONANT +R || CONSONANT
Just try the consonants you can make work just after R (which is most of them) -- rb, rc, rd, rf, etc. Note that you HAVE to make some sort of VOWEL sound just before these.

One little exception I can think, that some might not accept: "brr" (the sound you make to indicate you are cold).
