my friend was charge for solicitation of murder crime. but there is no evidence that he ask or told anybody to commit a crime for him. what kind of evidence do they need to convict him of this charge??

the guy who told the cops on him said that he heard my friend wanted to hire somebody..but theres no evidence? what evidence do they need to convict him??

and the guy who told the police on my friend keep saying that my friend told him he wanted to hire somebody..and etc..just to convict him.

Solicitation of murder can be disproved by merely denying the charge and present witnesses that you did not tell anybody to commit a crime.

There has to be something for him to be charged. Most that are charged with a crime, are pretty much guilty. I am sure that the police found more evidence that won't be disclosed until the hearing.
