Rose and Ernie Necker who were there when it was first bombed. They survived,,they were radiomen civilians who worked there, friends of our family.
They are mentioned in " General Wainwright's Story"..

sadness for me too.....i used to go to Hawaii on the ships...Honolulu to be exact went to pearl harbour for a look..sadness crept over me when i thought of the brave men who lost there lives defending there country after the sneak attack by the japanese.......i ended up drunk in a bar on hotel street..down town honolulu...it realy got to me........joes hollywood bar i think it was.......thats sometime ago now..but still remember......seamanab x
