Choosing proper attire for jazz dance classes can demonstrate the movements of the body.

Well, the no-brainer part would be if you're going to dance in a poncho you can't see arm movements. Ditto with baggy clothing that conceals leg, hip and foot moves. Skin tights would be best.

You wouldn't expect a ballet to be performed in an oversized sweater and floor length skirt ya know.

.....were a bag, you wont look very glamorous right, were something pretty, it will complement your figure and seeing as your a dancer, it will demonstrate the movements of the body.

I am sure you would need something comfortable in order to perform to the ultimate.
