I like my bacon not to crispy and not to soft, somewhere in the middle with the fat cut off.

crispy, but not burned. I also like turkey bacon better than pig. It tastes better. (at a higher price of course)

Considering that all NORMAL people want their bacon crispy, why in the name of Heaven does every place in this state serve up chewy, partially-cooked bacon?
