I've used a mixture of Folex and Oxy stain spray/powder. Scrub with an old toothbrush and then just let it sit for a few days. Throw it in and hopefully it comes out. Dry erase is a tough one.

a tiny bit of lighter fluid on the end of a q-tip.
check for color fastness on an inside seam ...like the hem
