No, they don't have any good reasons, as you can see from the previous answers. Just innuendos and partisan mud-slinging.

1. Her health care plan -requires- everyone to buy health insurance.
2. She voted for Iraq
3. She voted to call Iran's "Revolutionary Guard" a "terrorist organization"
4. She wants more government controls on victim-less actions.

Now for personal reasons;

5. She is inconsistent.
6. She's in it for the power, not because she thinks she's the best.
7. Bush, Clinton, Bush, Clinton; think about that. Seriously fking think about that.

She voted for the Iraq invasion/occupation.
She signed the bill to make that Iran group(don't remember their name at the moment) classified as terrorists.
Her healthcare bill is backed by the pharmaceutical companies.
Her ideas on education are as bad or worse than No Child Left Behind.

A lot of people really attack her on the universal healthcare issue despite the fact that it's not much of a priority to her, let alone something she preaches about very much. I think the conservative pundits are having trouble attacking her on issues and basically go after her on taxes and the fact that she's a liberal (despite being quite moderate).

So, you should ask yourself, how is that different from ANY election?

She wants universal healthcare, which would cause our tax rate to increase dramatically and would cause the quality of healthcare to decrease.

Other than her other liberal stances that is my number one problem with her. I enjoy the quality of healthcare we have right now. I do not want to pay more taxes and get a lower quality.
