You say that your "friends are getting me into bad stuff". Take responsibility for your own actions. Your friends can't MAKE you do anything. You make your own choices. I understand peer pressure but CHOOSE what you want to do. Be strong in accomplishing what YOU want to accomplish. If you are not scared as you say you are not then what is the problem? Be honest with your friends about not wanting to do those things and they will not say you are afraid. If they give you a hard time, then they are not your true friends anyway. Congrats on quitting smoking but what about all the other stuff. Get your life back on track. Be strong and have faith in yourself. Find friends who make your a better person, not worse. Good Luck.

High school lasts 4 years then everything changes completely. However if by then you're hooked on drugs or have a criminal record you'll be finding yourself at the lower end of any job opportunity.
Peer pressure only works if you define who you are by how others see you (which is a piss poor way of getting self confidnce). Be who you are and say no--you need to develop your self esteem and self confidence by your OWN choices, not those forced on you. Standing back from the group can be the best thing in the world AND it takes a lot of pressure off you (even though you might think it doesn't).
In a couple years you won't see 99% of these people ever again, just think of it that way. Be you, make your own decisions. Peer pressure can be ignored.

Who cares what ppl think of u and how they judge you, I mean u know all that stuff is bad for u just because their throwing their lives away does that mean u gotta throw away yours to. I mean speak up about it and maybe you can help save some of your friends. I mean if I ever got into that kind of stuff then I would want my friends to speak up not just go along with it. So it might be cool to do all that but when you look into your future what will you see, you and your friends being dead beats doing nothing with your life, on welfare. But you do have a chance and your friends might to. I know all about peer pressure I'm 14 I know it's hard in today's society but if people started to speak up for what is right we wouldn't have so many problems and you know what we waste a ton of money on clothes that look good for a day and we never seem to fit in, try waring what you want to, be original don't be like everyone else, I mean if we all wore the same things and did what everyone else was doing then we would be robots, basically what everyone is now. Don 't be like everyone else be different.
