Wolf, seriously dude, what are you doing in the Women's Health section?
I have no idea how a guy would know this, that's why I posted it in Women's Health...

Yeah, I agree, but whenever you just start to cry for NO reason whatsoever... I consider that hormonal.
Now if the guy pisses you off and acts like a prick and you get mad at him for it, I don't consider that hormonal.

Ironic, isn't it, that when you hit 57 you're gonna be buying those pricey hormones from a pharmacy.

I never liked that expression (going hormonal). It's belittling real feelings that we have. And it's something that men like to say, along the lines of that "she was just hormonal and so she didn't mean what she said about that the toilet seat is always up, that I am a lazy bum, that I had dozens of affairs, etcetera, etcetera." Men sometimes like to dismiss what women have to say (=complain about) by just calling them hormonal.

Yes. I never cried, but I sure would turn into my evil twin in the blink of an eye. Menopause removed the mood swings, but it sure was a rocky road getting through it.

Yes, somedays being a chick is just dramatic as sin. One minute you're laughing, then crying because you saw a Humane socitey commercial (you know, the ones with the hurt puupies?). Oh yes, its never a dull moment. :)

Oh yeah...it sucks. I'm so sensitive right now.....I almost started crying when I lost my unsaved data in lab today....and yesterday when I had a 9 hour lab....
I'm also convinced I'm being judged and also wanted to smack two of my roommates for stuff that normally would not irritate me...
yay. not. :) :(
