Am I supposed to have some kind of high standards or something for my movie actresses?

I don't see an issue either. She is a very lovely woman! I thought they looked great! I would rather see pictures of my favorite celebs looking real.

As we age and depending on your genes (some more so than others) women do develop cellulite and stretch marks It's part of life. Her upper body looked good in her bikini she has a flat stomach ,the lower part yes she has cellulite and not even a whole piece swim suite will hide that.The way I look at it if she feels comfortable and wants to wear a bikini why not. I was a little over weight and I wanted a nice tan I put my bikini on,I didn't care what anyone thought.(I understand she'll never hear the end of it because she is in the public eye)

I also thought that she looked great. I am so tired of seeing stars that are emaciated, with bones jutting out etc. No I am not jealous. I to was once a size 0. I also did crazy crap to get that way, like many of the stars do,. It is not healthy and not good for young girls to see. By putting down Jennifer Love Hewitt because she has a womans body it only increases the belief in our daughters that they have to be thin to be accepted,.

I don't understand the reason for the attacks against this actress either. She's not a party girl by any means nor has she based her entire career on how she looks. Why her and why now? Are the paparazzi trying to find someone else to go after because the public has grown tired of seeing Britney, Nicole, or Paris and they need somebody new?

It is NOT a problem, it is the High Standards of Hollywood. They have to pick on others- and it makes for a bad role model for the teens out there! She is a REAL woman! Wish there were more like her!

there isn't a problem with her body or the photos. It's just that some people seem to be under the false impression that a size 2 is fat. and our society is so warped they believe that anyone over a size 0 is fat.

Shes got shape which is a good thing. I guess the mainstream public is just use to no bum, no hips, stick-thin figures.
The reason it's bigger then it is is because she decided to blog about it saying how completley happy she is with her body (but also re-mentioning the fact she is only a size 4)
I think she was kind of hyprocritical because she was preaching how women should have curves but kept reminding the reader how small she is etc etc.

There are many people out there who think that:
1) they have a right to judge other people,
2) they have a right to judge other people based on their appearance,
3) that not looking pretty enough or like we are "supposed" to look means the person is less valuable.
and
4) they don't have anything better to do with themselves than criticize people they don't know over trivial things.

I watch Ghost whisperer and she is one hot babe, infact I think she is the only reason I watch that show. She is far better looking than most movie actresses I have seen, I can't believe that moose Angelina Jolie has just won some best looking woman award, ridiculous.
edit: Just had a look at the bikini pics it is ridiculous no wonder so many girls are f*cked up over their weight.
