I've been on birth control for almost 9 years - I'm worried I might not be able to have kids when I go off. I am worried that there aren't enough clinical trials to show the risks of birth control. Does anyone else have any thoughts?

No problem getting pregnant after going off, your system is 'active' again with the next cycle.

As for extended use problems--usually it's breast enlargement (I went up 2 sizes) and a diminished sex drive.

You are fine. There is no risk to pregnancy after stopping the pill.
