they must play as a team and good defense. they also have to rebound and another good quality is running. if your a running team try to work on shooting so u can hit the open jumpers.

you have to have overall team chemistry. many teams in the NBA have lots of talent, but no chemistry whatsoever (see bucks, nuggets) and struggle, while others have great chemistry and limited talent (see last years warriors) and succeed.

2 great players, championships always come because of duos
teamwork, unselfishness--like the spurs
team with a good inside game/player: Spurs-Duncan, Lakers-Shaq, Heat-Shaq
oh... and it wouldn't hurt to have a good coach
