Right now I know that England is not a monarchy anymore but between what years was England a monarchy?

Actually, England IS still a monarchy. They are a constitutional monarchy. This has more or less been the case since 1688, the year of the Glorious Revolution. Prior to that, they were a absolute/constitutional hybrid of a monarchy since 1215, the year of the Magna Carta. Before that, just a monarchy.

The English monarchy ceased when the Kingdom of Great Britain came into be in 1707.

It is currently a British monarchy.
