Did I forget to tell you that Dick Cheney shot a lawyer in the face and got away with it scot free without a single charge? If you can shoot somebody in the face without repercussions you are living in a fascist / terrorist state.

The VP WAS President of Halliburton but now has no financial interest in it. Halliburton is the ONLY company in the world capable of handeling much of what they do in Iraq. Business's are NOT charity organizartions giving out financial aid; they answer to their shareholders of which halliburton has many who are ordinary US citizens. Since you are NOT the president I can only assume you are less than a trained monkey!
Accidental shooting are not considered criminal if the local authorities deem them accidental. The victim could have filed a civil suit but obviously even he decided it was accidental!

As a Bushitlerneoconrepugnican, I tend to agree with you on the overcharging for services to the government.
HOWEVER, this is what you get at all levels of government in all sectors. It does not begin and end with the military - it's all a wasteful cesspool of fraud and abuse.
Makes you want to reconsider entrusting these guys with our health care...

In order to charge someone with a crime, the state has the burden of proof...to show that there was INTENT to cause serious injury. LOTS of people have accidents....they are not charged with crimes.
