You need to practice alot. just relax and the day before your test have one of your parent take you out for about an hour and practice you will feel much more comfortable.
Good luck

Just keep plenty of room between you the the car in front of you. That's YOUR space in case anything happens. Relax and just do your best, keep alert to where the other traffic is. (behind you and along side, etc).
If you keep that space in front of you you should be able to relax and watch father up the road to see what's ahead of you.
Good luck.

If you are that nervous behind the wheel, you should take more lessons.
If I knew what makes you that way, maybe I could give you some.pointers.

Take a few deeep breaths and relax. No one knows that you are a new driver so don't panic.
