While driving I getr irritated when a man driver stares at me rather than concentrating in his driving. I find it rude and ill-mannered

I totally understand what you mean here! I feel the same way while driving.. I Think people are usually just bored and nosy while driving and they stare without realizing they are staring. As long as it's not the same guy following you everywhere I think everything is fine.

If men tend to stare at you, then you must be something worth seeing!!
However since you don't want them to stare, try sticking your tongue out at them or making weird faces...

Just ignore them. The most important thing is to get yourself where you're going safely.

Carry a sign with you that says.....Watch The Road!
and hold it up whenever staring occures.
