That is a very good question. Why Bush alone gets all the heat, but evil Dick is very rarely is being mentioned. After all Dick Cheney is puppeteer and George Bush is only a puppet.

Good Question and this time deserves a serious answer,
GW is only the front man for something much bigger, and Dick is only the architect.
As in Germany in the 1920's-1945 Hitler was only the front man and Albert Speer was the architect.

Ok, B4 you start, by architect in the case of Dick Cheney, I am referring to that fact that he is the designer of the structure of the new world order.

It must never be forgotten that no one man alone is capable of ruling the world, behind every great man there has to be an organisation!

I will answer the rest of the question with another question, and if you really want the answer to your original Q, by taking the time to find the answer to this things will become clear!

Well, I have to agree that you make a good point, I think even less of Dick Cheney than I do GW Bush.

Bush, however, is the President and as such we expect more out of him. We expect him to be a leader not a tyrant, something I think he doesn't understand. Ultimately as Harry Truman said "The Buck Stops Here." at the foot of the President.

with all do respect, a good question but not so much of a good answer! why don't they blame the whole system! Bush, Cheney, Clintons and alike are merely puppets who represent corporation's and/or the elites. they are there exactly for people to have some one to blame , they are scapegoats in order to distract us from seeing the whole picture. peace

Bush is a puppet for Dick Cheney. I'll agree that he really runs America, so therefore I bash Bush for being dumb enough to listen to him.

No blame will positioned on Obama. If the country keeps to be screwed up, all they (the media and Obama followers) will make excuses for him. "Oh he did no longer relatively have somewhat some journey...blah, blah, blah...doing the main suitable he can with what he has to artwork with...blah, blah, blah...permit's re-decide on him to work out what he's somewhat able to..." Or they're going to say that Bush screwed up the country so undesirable that it will take many presidential words to repair it.

Because, like he himself said 'his the decider'.

I do realize Bush, is not the only one to blame. But he is the president of the United Sates of America. His the idiotic show head. We should blame him the most. To a lesser degree many more are involved. Including those who voted for him second time around.

Bush and Cheney are the worst of all the American Leaders And they are supported by the Fundamental Christian right wing., Which is no different than the Fundamental Islamics.

The buck stops there.
When the history is written its his name at the top.
If hes allowed Cheney to run things then he is at fault for not seeing that he hasn't the right to remain as president.
No man who would be president of this country should have run, let alone remained in office without the ability to run his administration.
The presidency isn't a dress rehearsal, and if hes not up to the role he never should have accepted it.
And that's just if hes really not the man responsible for the current disorganization and dispirit in America.
