Sociopaths are different from most people because they don't feel guilt when they hurt. List most serial killers, binding, torturing, and killing, was sexual for him. I dropped a link for you. Good luck with finding info. This was bad guy.

Well for starters he's a sociopath, meaning he enjoys killing people because he's a freakin psycho. Number two, he's not going to kill again ever because he was sentenced to life in jail (possibly even the death sentence) after pleading guilty to all of the women he killed. BTK means blind, torture, kill. All of his victims were women. He bound them, blindfolded them, killed them, and raped them. They now know this because they found his semen at the crime scene. Anyway, I'm not an expert, but I know about all of this because I grew up in Kansas just north of Wichita (Park City, KS) where all of this took place. Also, I used to date a guy who's uncle worked for the KBI and he was the one who caught and arrested the BTK killer.

Boredom...and the excitement of bringing back a killer from the past...being a public employee he may have been over confident that he may never get caught.
