Hi:
The gentleman is correct below with his answer. Yes, water is a very big part of natural landscape pictures. Think about all the natural outdoor water features. A decorative pond is one feature many people are installing. We get our landscape designs and ideas from natural landscapes throughout the world. Water is very much part of a Japanese Yen garden.

I am a landscape and designer and I just put up a page in my gallery of plant section on rocks and water in natural landscape photography. I will link to you to my gallery of plants section and take a look at this page as well as the first one on photography of natural landscapes. Trees, shrubs, and flowers that we all plant in our gardens are native in natural landscapes. There is so much beauty around the world to experince through natural landscape photography.

Hope you enjoy and if you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at the website. Have a great day!
