What makes the Constitution unique among the other written govenrments in the world?

It is not as unique as you think. The Magna Carta was one of democracies most important documents. Our Constitution & Bill of Rights was modeled after this document, I believe it was written in 1257.

Apparently it can be ignored by any current administration.
