First thing in this case is does your passport mentions any thing with regard to this offence that you committed in Canada, secondly were you charged , found guilty of this offence & punished for this offence by imprisonment or fine ? The only problem that arises when you enter India through the immigration/security clearance in the Airport that any information with regard to your criminal prosecution & punishment are already on the records of the security personals sitting there, these guys may make you sit for some hours & even take undertaking from you for decent behavior while your stay in India, this usually happens in cases which are being Deported from foreign countries for over stay & their information is emailed or faxed to the Indian authorities. So be careful when you pass through security check avoid any rough behavior, just be polite to these security personals, in case they ask you regarding this offence committed in Canada, just say sorry for that & promise not to repeat it here or anywhere again, in case they are not asking regarding this just avoid even mentioning or inquiring from them regarding this or any information if they got regarding this offence, just walk out innocently as nothing has happened.

I wouldn't worry about india so much but when you go back to canada you might have a hell of a time getting back in, you're not really allowed to travel out of canada when you are not yet a citizen, especially when you have a criminal charge, the canadian government reserves the right to deport any non-citizen who is a permanent resident for any criminal offense and if you leave they may decide not to let you back in

Indian can drink and drive, kill people and get away with the law. All the listed criminals migrate to Canada other states to live there fearlessly. It depends on how much money you have. The laws are made to bend for the rich.

I'd contact the Indian embassy in Canada and ask them directly. For this situation, it's probably best to get the information directly from the source.

possibly. it could count on your common background, yet they're going to verify you out thoroughly. actually no person is going in with an israeli passport. As to a stamp,it somewhat is an eyebrow-elevating merchandise that could or won't advise exclusion.
