be more specific. is it about the causes of teen pregnancy? the effects of it? attitudes regarding it? an opinion paper about the issues surrounding pregnant teenagers?
anyways, the first step is to research. there will be plenty of statistics and information on the web with a bit of googling. one big thing right now is that levels of teen pregnancies rose for the first time since like 1995. so compile your data. take notes.
then write an outline. you need a solid thesis statement and plenty of supporting details. teachers like strong, solid conclusions, so work hard on that part of it. your first paragraph is your thesis and introduction. then write your supporting details.
then wrap it up with a conclusion. summarize your supporting paragraphs and restate your thesis.
