Furthermore, can I request amnesty from said embassy or do the extradition laws apply even if I request sanctuary from before mentioned embassy?

You may not apply for amnesty at this time. The extradition laws do not apply to your situation. You may however submit a declaration of non-compliance. Best wishes.

You have to be a citizen, which requires an average of 5 weekly violations and 1 prior suspension.
