There are many ways some impractical, theoretical but there are ways. One you will hear most is traveling at the speed of light or greater obviously havent been done but has been proven with speeds far less. Another sitting near a neuron star. It is believed that time slows or stops near these stars. Another is diving into a wormhole it has remained theoretical. Currently we dont have the technology to speculate within this subject.

well if you could travel faster than light then you could see into the Past but you wouldn't be there because your just looking ,I believe there was an experiment where 2 perfectly matched Atomic clocks were flown in 2 different directions around the World and there was a slight difference, I think if it was possible would require tremendous energy

Your right we can't.
Einstein theory was misleading, if you could travel at the speed of light, you're not time traveling.
Lets say you could travel at the speed of light.
Well you would get there at the same time as the speed of light, so how could you see yourself before you left? You can't.

We are all time travelers. We travel forward in time at the rate of one day per day.

First of all, we time travel all the time, but we only travel forward. To travel backwards, we have to travel faster than the speed of the light. Physics tells us we cannot accellerate a particle faster than the speed of light.

That doesn't mean, however, that there aren't already things that move faster than the speed of light.

I also believe that thought travels faster than the speed of light.

So I do believe we can travel back in time, just not our bodies.

Now what do you think of that?
