Hello! I am 7 weeks preggers now. During my 6th week and the 1st half of my 7th week, I had morning sickness. For most of the time I was nauseas and couldn't eat much (it was even hard to keep down fluids). For about 3-4 days it was really bad throughout all day long. But over the last 3 days or so, I have gotten alot better. I feel almost normal again. Although my appetite hasn't fully returned, I can eat my normal 3 meals plus a few snacks (which I realize are very important now to keep nausea away). I feel almost all the way better now.... Should I be worried that I am not still sick? Part of me is thanking God that I feel normal again, but another part of me worries about me baby....
Did any of you have a short bout of morning sickness? Or did any of you experience something like this that returned?
Do you still think I have all the right hormones there?
I am only 1/2 way through my 1st trimester, so I guess it could return....

You're in for a treat! LOL!
I didn't get morning sickness until about 6 weeks as well and sure enough at the end of 7 weeks it seemed like it had subsided greatly, if not disappeared completely.
At the beginning of week 9, it returned with a vengeance! Thankfully my morning sickness has never been *too bad* because it's more nausea but TERRIBLE nausea. I wouldn't worry. You don't want it there throughout your whole pregnancy anyway. How are you doing and feeling otherwise? Be sure to get plenty to drink, rest when tired and take your prenatals. Good luck honey and congrats!!!

Morning sickness usually doesn't last the entire pregnancy. Some women experience no sickness at all (I was one of them).
Many women only have morning sickness during the first trimester, although some women are sick during their whole pregnancy...everyone is different and this has no bearing on the health of the baby (unless the mother is so sick that she becomes malnourished). So, be thankful that you feel better.
I'm sure you and your baby are just fine.
Hope that puts you at ease.
ADDED LATER:
I always recommend a wonderful, informative, and priceless book for pregnant mothers entitled "What To Expect When You're Expecting". It answers so many questions you have and even some you didn't know to ask. I noticed your term "preggers" and I'm guessing you're British, I hope the book is available in your area...it is easily found in bookstores here in the states.

I'm into my 19th week and am still batteling morning sickness on and off. Some weeks are great, and other weeks my husband stays at home to care for me. Enjoy feeling good while it lasts. You may go the rest of your pregnancy without another niggle, or you could be sick again by this afternoon. Every body, and every pregnancy is different. Just enjoy the journey.
If you suddenly find yourself with out any of the other pregnancy symptoms that you may have been feeling up until now, especially if you start to bleed, call your doctor immediately for an appointment, or even better, call him and tell him what is happening while you are on your way to an emergency department.
Otherwise, enjoy feeling well.
God Bless.

It varies for each individual. Morning sickness begins around week 6 of pregnancy, peak during week 8 or 9 and wane after week 13.The main cause of morning sickness is a combination of issues related to the chemical changes your body is going through. There are many probabilities. Nausea will also be precipitated by means of dehydration. My morning health problem used to be as soon as so extreme I noticed my OB. He checked out my chapped lips and mentioned, you ought to drink extra water. The health problem made me hate to drink water, however dehydration made the nausea even worse. If that is real for you, attempt to sip water from a giant cup each five or ten mins. This means you will not disenchanted your belly by means of filling it with water unexpectedly. Using a giant cup is helping you hold monitor of the way a lot you are taking in. It helped me by means of no longer having to depend what number of small cups of water I took. It appears to me extra just like the child is developing larger and pushing your belly upward, inflicting you all forms of soreness. This is traditional in the course of the final trimester. You'll usually be consuming much less and not more each and every meal, which will also be compensated by means of having extra small foods during the day. It occurred in the course of all my 3 pregnancies. I simply had to manage with it. Good factor is, it does no longer final without end! It could also be a moderate bloodless or flu inflicting the disenchanted belly. It can also be a overdue morning health problem. You might supply your OB physician a choice and simply ask for his/her opinion. Hope you suppose greater quickly.

It's common to have it come and go, you also might just be better at managing it by eating often enough. I only had it bad for weeks 4-6 then it got better from there, not great but better. I wouldn't worry too much about although I know it's hard not to.

No, that's normal. It varies, but generally the first 2 stages of pregnancy (basically through the 8th week) are when most morning sickness occurs. =)
