There are a number of ways. The first and easiest way is the one suggest first... go to your system tray (lower-right corner of your monitor) and click it once. It should show you the options. If there is no option for "Disable Firewall," look for the option that will open it. Then go to the Firewall section, and then select Disable.
If you are using Windows XP, which has its own firewall, it is mostly the same. But you can try the longer route... Click Start, go to Settings, then Control Panel, then double-click Windows Firewall. Make sure the "Off (Not Recommended)" is ticked.
Don't forget to turn it on again once you are done with the site.
Also, you can try adding it to the list of exceptions (or "Allowed Websites") of your firewall. The procedure is generally find the section that says either "Exceptions" or "Allowed Websites." There is usually a button for "Add Website" or something like that.
Hope this helps. If the steps are not applicable, you would need probably to talk to your ISP (internet service provider) or PC manufacturer or the provider of the firewall software.

Simply shut down the firewall software. You can right click on the icon located at the bottom right cornet of your screen. If it's not there, then hit "ctrl+alt+del" together. Click on the 'task manager', then 'process', high light the firewall software from the list and click 'end process'. this is only for your personal computer.
If you are under a school or work network, you will have to ask the network administration.

If you have a parental control also the website cannot be viewed.
To disable depends on which software you are using.
