In this sentense would let's have an apostrophy or would it be lets?

Let's means Let us. Let's go to the movies.
Lets means allows. Mom lets me go to the movies.

Yes it would have an apostrophe. Let's is a conjuction for let us.

It would have an apostrophe because "let's" means "let us".
