There have been times that I've been called a "cold hearted" person by my actions, although I have never done anything with the intent on hurting someone else. I think if you do something hurtful INTENTIONALLY, then that makes you a cold hearted person.

it seems like you realize that you have a problem, and yes indeed you do have a HUGE PROBLEM, chances are you have evil spirit controling your life unknowing to you, if you keep doing these things , you are going to end up really ugly in life because everything that you do in life will catch up with you eventually. BUT, there is hope for you! JESUS can change your life, HE can turn you arround and make you become a leaving testimony for others that are in your situation. you can start slowly by reading these gospels on the new testament, Mathew, Mark, Luc and John. ask God for help, and he will help you.
