just bought it off of ebay for my handspring visor prism and i dont know how to configure it. i use verizon fios and i dont know if thats supported... a step-by-step guide would be nice

Try going to the maker website and looking for an instruction guide. If there isn't one online, then E-mail customer service for a guide.

You are talking about a PALM - Handspring Visor Prisim correct?
Well, if so these, connect and sync to your local computer. If you mean you have a wifi or ethernet card you need to configure for it, you should probably start at
