No! Eye Twitches can be caused by many things. Some common causes is : stress, Eye irritation, lack of sleep, even looking at computer screens for prolonged time, it can also be hereditary.

No. I eat two bananas every day which are loaded in potassium and still get eye twitches. Just nerves temporarily out of whack.

A magnesium deficiency often causes eye twitching.

A potassium deficiency is likely to cause cramps in the legs..

I was told that when your eye twitches it means you are not getting enough rest and are stressed.
