I agree with you. Having two blockbuster trades for Ray Allen & Kevin Garnett will make up a contender again. It is really nice for the Boston organization to be a contender again, (the first time since the Larry Bird era of the 80's).

Celtics have improved because there 3 all star are talented yet unselfish. Teamwork coupled with individual talents is the primary reason for the sudden turn-around of the team.

When you replace 40% of your starting line-up with the caliber of players such as Allen and Garnett you are going to get real good in a hurry.

We'll see where they stand at season's end. I think they're on their honeymoon right now. But the big 3 are playing heavy minutes, will tire out, and they don't have much of a bench to speak of. If Pierce or KG goes down to injury, they will not be anywhere near as good.

They did not just get 3 superstars, they got 3 superstars who's hungary for the title

They should be at least a 50 win team this season if everyone stay healthy.

its believable how two players can make such a difference. they have such a positive ,team attitude for superstars. KG must have been dreaming of geting a chance like this

ummm of course, they have 3 superstar players, and they were sand-bagging the last half of the year last season so it doesnt REALLY show how good or bad they are...

their turn around is impressive. but i mean is it really considered quick, seeing as they were rebuilding for years leading up to this?
