how do i connect a bluetooth to helio ocean?

i recently purchased thesamsung WEP420 bluetooth head set. i was trying to pair it with my helio ocean. and i dont know what to do.. can someone help?

You received a cd with your Ocean on that cd is the manual in PDF format open it goto pages 61, 62, and 63 for information. The head set should have came with a manual also.
