Some mixed children look like whites.
I think the problem is not that we mix with all races; much bigger issue that we don't have children at all.

1. Cultural identity is not necessarily equivalent to racial identity. That fact right there makes your argument poor.
2. Approximately 80% of white people in the United States have mixed race in their background since 1700. 100% of them do if you go back to the dawn of man. So we are already mixed races, so what difference does it make? This further proves that cultural identity is not really race-based, because cultural identity is artificially invented.
3. All interracial couples do NOT produce children who do not look white. If one parent is white and one is black, for example, the child could be as black as night or white as day, or anything in between.
4. What is wrong with identifying oneself as being mixed race, or even black? Who cares what race one identifies with, regardless of color?
5. If being a "minority" is such a bad thing, then the really dumb thing would be to produce pure white children. They will be the minority before too long. Blacks and hispanics are both increasing in population faster than whites are anyway, and mixed races will become more and more common as time progresses.
6. Besides, ideologically YOU are already in the minority. The vast majority of people in this country accept mixed marriages. They are common and have been around for a long time, and there is no logical or scientific argument against it. Time for you to get rid of your archaic racism and maybe take a diversity class.

What the hell is wrong with you?? Im in an interracial relationship and I am a white girl in love with a black man...It isnt a choice of cultures, you combine both of your cultures together. It has nothing to do with race, its about love. If you are gonna sit there and say that we are makin white ppl a minority and get upset about it then u r just as racist as them other ppl. Who gives a care if white ppl are a minority? maybe then some of the ignorant ppl like u will be gone....

Cultural identity doesn't really equal racial identity. If you travel to Europe, there are millions of whites. But a German white doesn't culturally identify with a Russian white. Neither does a white Italian identify with the culture of a white Spaniard.
So if you're REALLY worried about people keeping cultural identity, you should push Americans to only have kids with Americans and Europeans to stick with their countries, etc.

My aunt is a Nigerian married to an Irish-British man and they have two kids. Their kids are neither black, nor white, nor do they look either.... they are half black and half white. They are being brought up to acknowledge BOTH races, heritages and cultures. Im dating a white guy myself and if we do have kids, it will be the same way as it is with my aunt and her husband; I mean raising our kids to acknowledge BOTH sides.

My brother is half black. The only time its ever come in conflict is when i tell people he's my brother and they're like woa. I've talked to him about it before and when he was little he was a little confused on why he didnt look like the rest of his family but he knows and understands that it doesnt matter if you look different.

I am half white and half black and I embrace both sides of my heritage! My sister acknowledges her black side mostly, but it REALLY bothers me when someone says something offensive about white people and then someone will be like, "Wow, you just said that with her sitting right there." And then that person will be like, "Oh it's okay, she's black." Like hellooo...I wouldn't even be sitting here with you if it weren't for my other half.
