You at your best vs your dad at his best?

For those wondering, my dad would own me if he were still alive. I may be a bit bigger then he was but he used to teach Marines hand to hand combat.

lol my dad he is about a foot taller then me and outweighs me by about 30 pounds in muscle....

Definitely my dad at his best! He was in the Military for 25 years. 12 years in Marine Recon and 13 years as Army Special Forces. He was in the Vietnam war. He is still alive to. He would definitely destroy me! He was probably a little over 200 lbs and solid muscle! He looked like a wrestler and didn't do steroids or anything. The match wouldn't last 5 minutes and I would be out cold.

Me...
My dad is about the same size and never did anything but drink and smoke when he was at the prime of his life.
I on the other hand played football in high school, wrestled and ran track. Currently I am a little smaller than he was, but I am doing a little volunteer coaching at my old high school, and I am just now getting towards my prime.
