Family; Women,
My mother, who was one of 14 children, she came from nothing, never complained, raised 7 children, 4 of which were not her own by birth, she sacrificed something every day that I can recall. She was a home-maker, who made everything from scratch, and saved everything (I did not pick that habit up) She taught me about, strength, endurance, love, faith, and sacrifice, and oh...she taught me to cook in mass quantities there were 5 teenagers at home at one time so dinner was a major operation.

My paternal grandmother, always seemed to me to be "not of this world" She was the most unconditionally loving individual I have ever come across in my life. She was "the sacrificial lamb" never had new things, they were not important to her, what was important was her family, she always took you in and fed you, even if you weren't hungry, she doted on me as the eldest granddaughter, and showered me with love and affection. She taught me about generosity, sacrifice, unconditional love, and acceptance, and hope. My father, her pride and joy was basically the black sheep, but she never saw that, she believed in him till the bitter end, she had hope.

Incredible women Grandma's gone. I miss her every single day. Oh, how fortunate I have been. Have not the God's smiled down upon me?

I wanted to be Tarzan...well, I wanted to be the female version of Tarzan. No not Jane. She was stuck in the tree house until Tarzan came to take her out for a swing. That was not my idea of an efficient use of time. If I wanted to swing w/the big guy, fine. But if I felt like a swim or just wanted some conversation with the local elephant matriarch then I wanted to hop a vine and take off on my own.

my mother is my role model as i was growing up. my mother never used to go out unnecessarily especially to our neighbors. never seen her gossip. she was always discreet with our financial problems , etc. i found a lot of my behaviour more of my mum's now that i am dealing with life as an adult.

Well...my Mom. But that turned out to not be such a great idea. So once I managed that knowledge, I looked up to my best friend who was ten years older than me.

My first was Jonathon King, then Garry Glitter, then O.J. Simpson, then Micheal Jackson.
