If you work in an office: Trash it, making sure you wreck anything of value.
If you work in a store: Trash it, smashing anything that can be smashed. and of course steal all the money.
If you work outside: Litter everywhere. Tag. and just make a huge mess.
Basically just be a complete @ss.

Well judging by your profile name, the black man, may I suggest you say everything he does is racist and he is always blaming the black man? This way you will drive him absolutely nuts and he will be afraid to say anything back to you. Should work unless of course, he is black too.
