Gordie Howe. In fact, he was BETTER than Yzerman! For that matter, I think Nick Lidstrom is better than Yzerman, but he is definitely a very close third to both guys!

jude yzerman was overrate? thats why their stats are practiclly identical and Yzerman played 200 games less then messier. calling yzerman overrated is both stupid and ignorant.

but on to the question i would say Gordie Howe and Lidstrom are both NHL greats.

Sergay Fedorov! Yzerman is the most overrated chump to ever play hockey. The Captain my left nut! Messier was way better as a captain than Yzergone.
