Food pills are very much science fiction so if you want energy you'll have to get it from food.
You might want to see a doctor and see if there is anything physically wrong with you though in all likelihood you probably don't get enough sleep. I wouldn't be taking anything though without a damn good reason and with the information you've provided no one has any reason to recommend anything for you to take.

Fatigue is a general symptom for a variety of conditions, so you may have to check with your doctor or naturopathic practitioner.
If your fatigue is a result of stress, it may cause your adrenal glands to get weaker. Weak adrenal glands can result from stress. Anyway, you can take a supplement of raw adranal glandular or a product called Adreno Plus ( I think it is produced by Tyler). Raw Adrenal is producded by a company called Natural Sources and it is pretty good. You can get these kinds of supplements from a good health food store. You can take the recommended amount on the label for starters, but depending on the severity of your symptoms, you may have to take up to six pills per day. Just be advised that where you may gain energy by supplementing the adrenal glands, if you take too much, you may become too wired to eaily fall asleep at the end of the day. once you find the level where you feel normal, that is probably the amount of pills that you should take. Later when you adrenal glands are stronger, you can take less, and perhaps even halt the supplementation.
The good thing about taking this kind of supplement is that it does support and strengthen your adrenal glands which are very important for energy production in the body. Once strong again, you don't have to keep on taking as much or for a long time, but maybe occassionally.
A lot of people suffer from adrenal fatigue in this country and don't even realize it. I recommend doing a good search on adrenal fatigue for the symptoms.
Ginseng is also a good remedy that supports the adreanl glands, but I am not sure how long you are suppossed to take it for, but the best kind of gensing for this is red gensing (?) which supports the Adrenals. I think American ginseng is suppossed to be good too. Anyway, I think that if you stick with the adrenal supplements, they will work faster and be more beneficial in the long run.
prolonged adrenal fatigue can lead to a lot of long term serious health problems including problems with the thyroid and thyroid hormone production.
Try it out and feel free to contact me with your results.

exercise, that is the best pill of all. There is nothing better than a good workout. That includes cardio and weight lifting. Drink lots of water. Get at least 7 hours, of sleep.

Perhaps an energy multivitamin every day might help. Some are specifically designed for women and some for men.

Be careful about taking pills, be sure you know what's in them and what they do. Get yourself looked at by someone who knows, like a doctor. I myself prefer acupuncture, but then my acupuncturist is a friend of mine, and I trust her completely.
