a-25=-1+4a

-24=3a

solve:
-9+6a-10-5a-6=-2+5a-a
6a-5a-5a+a=9+10+6-2
-3a=23
a=-7 and 2/3

check:
-9+(-46)-10-(38and 1/3)-6=-2+(38 and 1/3)-(-7 and 2/3)
