I do. It's creepy though. My husband can spot someone who's got something else in mind from a mile away. He can just tell.
Quick story: We put a down payment on a house and land package through this guy. My hubby said, "I think we should get our money back. Now." By then i had learned to take his feelings seriously. We got our money back. A week later the guy got arrested for fraud. There were no homes or land! I had no idea!!!! he took all these peoples' down payments and ran with them!
