Well, What must be understood is that this is the 4th genocide in Sudan in the past 30 years. It started as a result of the majority government trying to ethnically cleanse the Islamic population in the Darfur region of Sudan. This genocide began recently in 2003 and will last until some form of World Coalition steps in and removes these people from power.

The ICC in the Hague is the crime court which should try these people. As seen in the recent genocides in the Balkans and Rwanda, the World Court brought to justice those who were responisble for the killing of these people.

In 2003, the Janjaweed (Sudanese Arab horsemen) launched attacks on Muslim blacks in Darfur.
