You can get a motherboard combo, with both CPU and memory.

Fist of each and all of the processor isn't nicely suited with the motherboard. The processor suits in a LGA1156 socket with H55 or P55 chip-set. you have chosen the greater recent LGA1155 socket P8P67 motherboard which has P67 chip-set nicely suited with recent Intel Sandy Bridge processors. purchase a center i5 2300 particularly in case you have got the money for it. the 2d mistake which you have made is that the greater recent center i3, i5, i7 processors only help DDR3 memory so DDR2 wont do. each thing else is high-quality. Have some doubts approximately relating to the flexibility furnish as you haven't any longer stated who's the producer of it?

You will not have to replace anything if it has the same processor socket and utilizes the same RAM memory type....Also....if you have a SATA harddrive make sure you have SATA connectors on the new board...and if you have an AGP video card or PCI-E video card...make sure you have the same type of video card slot on the new board..

Make sure if you currently have a Pentium 4 3.2 GHz...your new motherboard also accepts that same processor. If your old one has 512 MB of PC3200 400 MHz memory then the new board does too...or you will need to purchase those things.

Hi. You can replace everything but the hard drive. That you will have to copy to a new drive, then you can replace EVERYTHING!
