It is strictly the females choice if she wants to shave or not... and it is not embarrassing to ask, because it deals with your body and you need to get familiar with it. If having hair down there makes you feel uncomfortable or body conscious then shave it. It won't hurt.... Personally, I shave because it helps prevent body odors down there when doing something physical. It is your decision... do as you want... and do not feel obligated to just because some guys prefer it... also, you do not have to shave the WHOLE things... keep the top nice and in order and just shave around your lips. Neatly trimmed is good too.

Some do, some don't. It itches if you do. Most women just shave up high on the sides and not completely. There is no "rule book" and so there is no "supposed to" to it. It will grow back, so you can try it without worrying -- but be prepared for the itch. Do what you like. It's your body.

It depends on what you want to do. If you want to wear bikinis and such you should at least shave enough so there is no hair showing. If you want to swim and don't want to shave there, shorts are a good solution.
Some women just shave enough for that, some shave it all and some don't shave at all. Its really a personal choice.

Nah, you don't have to shave, you can if you want, but it itches like hell when it starts gowing back in. There is no health benefit from shaving. However, if you are planning on wearing a swimsuit, shave your bikini line.

Well, here's what happened to me:
My family belongs to a community pool, and I wear a two piece. But it was getting a little "hairy" down there and I went to my mom saying I didn't want to go to the pool. She said why. And I answered by saying that "It's a hairy situation." She understood. Lol! And so, I would say, go for it. But if you feel more comfortable telling your mother or father, go for that too.

Some people do, some trim so that nothing shows in a bathingsuit or similar, some don't do anything. It's up to you, what you are comfortable with and how much hair you have.

You don't have to shave, you can just trim it close. Then it won't itch as it grows back.

Oh, it's hard to say....It's your call! I occasionally do, because I have a pool in my backyard, so it's hard to wear a bikini if you have a lot of puebic hair. I hope this helps! Sorry if it's the typical question! Please vote me for Best Answer! Thank you!
