It usually takes a week or so, but if you've had it for awhile and didn't realize you've had it and then are treating it, it will take longer =(...if you still feel sore in that region even after a week, don't panic, it's because you had it for so longer that area is sensitive and will take longer to heal =) I've had my share of them, that's how I know =)

If it was an actual yeast infection, the infection should be gone by the last day of treatment. No discharge or symptoms anymore, if used properly. Did you apply the anti-itch cream to the outside areas of your vagina? You can try that for a day or two to see if the itching will go away. If the itching is still there then you'll have to go see the doctor to make sure it's not anything else.

with the proper treatment, it should be gone within 7 to 9 days, depending on what form of medication you use, if you are still experiencing the symptoms after 11 to 12 days after you started taking the medication, give your doctor a call ask them if its normal for the medication you are taking, another thing you can do to pass the time for the medication to start working, is use a wet washcloth when its really bothering you it helps

It normally starts to get better within a few days. Different treatments are faster or slower to act. Read the box of whatever you are using.

it takes a few days but...
your symptoms should go away in a couple days. once i tried the over-the-counter medication and it made my yeast infection worse! i had to go to the dr and get a prescription.
