6 weeks is the average time it takes for bone to heal

Every good doctor will tell you that.

It heals quicker if you are younger, healthy, getting good calcium and vitamin D

It heals slower if you are a smoker.

It heals slower if you are a diabetic.

It heals slower if you re-injure it, or are frail, elderly, having other diseases of blood and/or blood vessels, blood supply.

It heals slower if you don't get much calcium, vitamin D or sunlight.

Other than telling you that the average healing time is 6 weeks, it isn't possible to give you an accurate length of time for your own personal healing process. It wouldn't be possible even if you could tell me your: age, medical history, calcium intake, sunlight exposure, vitamin D levels, usual diet, activity levels, and the state of your blood vessels and blood supply to the toe
