My ex and I still love each other and live together . What does it mean when he still has a thing for the girl that broke use up but still loves me.

it means you are being used. break it down - you broke up, you live together, he loves you BUT has a "thing/crush/attraction to" the girl who was the reason you broke up in the first place. sounds like he's got it made and you are enabling a user. and, some harsh advice, he DOES NOT love you. if he did he wouldn't have a "thing" for someone else - you would be the center of his entire world, no questions.

it means that he wants his cake and eat it too.....in other words, the wants the best of both worlds...he wants you , but at the same time he wants her...you don't need that type of guy...any woman wants a man to love her and only her.....if you choose to trust this man, then i would do it with both eyes open....good luck

It means that he has no intention of choosing between you. He wants you both and doesn't care how that makes you feel. Don't you deserve better?
