I like Neil Jeremiah Mukherjee... Neil sounds more masculine than Jordan because Jordan can be a girl's name.

How do you pronounce the last name? Just by looking at it, I prefer Jordan Neil Mukherjee. I think the 2-1-3 rhythm is great, and the repeated J sounds in Jordan Mukherjee sound nice without being matchy.

I think I prefer Neil Jeremiah Mukherjee. Both sound fine, but I think Neil is an underused classic, and Jordan is awfully popular.

Jordan Neil is better than Neil Jeremiah. I don't really like the name Neil, and think it's more suitable as a middle name. Jeremiah Neil would be better, and in that case better than Jordan Neil. Jordan is really trendy and popular, and Jeremiah is less common.
I like Jeremiah Neil, then Jordan Neil, but not Neil as the first name. Another name you might like would be Josiah Neil.
