"Then as now, liberals protect themselves from detection with wild calumnies against anybody who opposes them. They have no interest in -- or aptitude for -- persuasion. Their goal is to anathematize their enemies."

Try not to prove her point as you answer. Use a dictionary if necessary.

I'd agree with it 100%.

I've long since realized that most liberals have no interest in trying to intellectually defend their ideas. When confronted, their response has always been to demonize the person or group, and then try and silence them.

Ann Coulter, M-m-m-m-m lets see......well, I have to admit I truly do not know what she has said. Does that make me a liberal? Gosh, Morganie, I just didn't know. Thanks to you and Ann for clearing that up for me. Can get some welfare now?

It's her OPINION. And well..., opinions are like butts, everyone's got one. As hateful as this woman is and as much as I disagree with her and what she says, I'll defend to the death her right to say it.

Here's some food for thought....Ann Coulter claims to be a "best selling" author, but organizations like "Human Events" buy her books in bulk and then give them away for free to anyone who subscribes to their email newsletters or magazine or whatever it is. Doesn't this paint an inaccurate picture of her actual sales and influence?

its the technique of accusing your opponents of doing the very same thing you are famous for doing and everyone knows you do..including yourself. But you are such a liar and such and immoral person, that you will stoop to anything that will win you an argument. When that lies is proven, you will just make up a new lie and keep up the attack.

yeah... Coulter never "anathematizes" anyone... right?

what do I think about it... I think it's ironic...

is she going to call liberals "antisemitic" next, after her own "perfected" comments on the issue?

Last sentence -- Seems like the pot is calling the kettle black to me. Her whole shtick is demonizing liberals

First sentence -- a non sequitur.

Middle sentence -- gross generalization with no basis in fact.
