Ride the bus, take a taxi, ride a bike, or walk.
Nobody in the county jury office cares about your transportation situation.

You can call the court. If you live in an area where there is no public transportation or you are unable to use public transportation, they will likely send you a form to fill out.
Best of luck to you.

You might be able to call and ask to be scheduled for another day, but if there is public transportation they might not be very sympathetic.
In most states you could end up with a warrant for contempt of court.

Exact details depend on the state.
