Or what would be the psycholocigal disagnosis for a person who seemed to dispaly no signs of a consouis. Meaning no guilt, care for anything other than themselves ect.

Classified as a Personality Disorder(Axis II) in the DSM IV-TR.
I believe the term "Psychopath[y]" is no longer in use, and is referred to as a sociopath in its place.
